Samantha Glass

Samantha Glass serves as the Director of The Way Church Parent’s Day Out and Preschool, a program she helped establish in 2016. With a Director’s Certification and specialized training in early childhood education, Samantha brings a wealth of expertise and a personal touch as both an educator and a mother.

Her career has been guided by the belief that every child deserves a safe, loving, and stimulating environment. From her early days working hands-on in the classroom to her current leadership role, Samantha has remained committed to creating spaces where children can flourish spiritually, socially, and academically. She values strong partnerships with parents, knowing that trust, respect, and open communication are essential for a child’s growth.

Under her leadership, the preschool emphasizes teamwork, cooperation, curiosity, and exploration to ignite a lifelong love of learning.
